How to use: 

01.Wash your skin before use and apply booster gel (or soothing gel) to the massage area.

02.After gently wiping the head of the device with a soft cloth, press and hold the power button to turn on the product.

03.After selecting the desired mode and intensity, roll the rollerball up and down or forward and backward on your face and massage for 5 to 10 minutes.

* Both the left and right roller balls must touch the skin to feel the electric current stimulation. Use after applying the ampoule or cream formulation.

* We recommend using the massage for 10 minutes a day (5 minutes for each mode).

04.After use, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn off the product.

* For safety reasons, there is an automatic power-off function after 15 minutes of operation.

01 I don’t feel the electrical stimulation well.

You may feel that the skin lotion or cream you normally use is not very irritating. In this case, you can feel the stimulation more clearly if you use it together with a booster gel (or soothing gel, gel-type aqua cream) that acts as an electric conductor.

02 The current feels too strong

Areas with thin skin may feel a strong electric current. When using, slowly increase the level from level 1. If it is still the same, use it without applying cream so that you feel less electric current as there is no conductive agent. Please note before purchasing that simple changes of mind due to the intensity/feeling of the electric current are difficult to return/exchange.

03 How long should the massage take?

We recommend using the product for 10 minutes a day when it is in operation. You may use it for any length of time when the power is off.

04 What are the charging time and usage time?

It is possible with the included C type cable. Please use an adapter that is 5V, A 2A or less. (Ex. Rated output 5V-2A) Do not charge with an adapter that is 9V or higher as it does not support fast charging. If you use a charger with an incorrect voltage, it may malfunction and exchanges/refunds due to this are not possible, so please check before use.

05 RF mode doesn’t feel as good as EMS mode

RF (high frequency) is less likely to feel current stimulation than EMS (low frequency) due to the difference in wavelength. This is normal and not a defect, so use it with confidence.

06 I have a metal allergy. Can I still use it?

The head that touches the skin is made of steel plating. If you have a metal allergy or sensitive skin, we do not recommend using it. We are not responsible for any damage or injury that occurs after use despite allergies.
