Membership Points

  1. Join membership and earn 200 points
  2. Follow us on Instagram and earn 150 points
  3. Points earned for writing a review 10 points
  4. 100 point is equal to $1
  5. Every time you place an order, the certain percent of your order total will be given as membership points.
  6. Membership points can be used along with discount coupons.
  7. Via various events/promotions (please agree on receiving e-mails and application push to make sure you don’t miss out anything).
  8. To check your membership points go to [My page → Points].
  9. Points can not be earned on sale items.
  10. Points are valid for a year.

Check Your Order Status

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. This e-mail will contain shipping details, your tracking number, and links to the selected courier website. To track an order at pinkland.co.nz, go to My Account. You will need to sign in to access your account information.

Delivery Method

We ship online orders to New Zealand addresses using Courier Post courier service. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

If you would like your order to be left at your designated delivery address without a recipient’s signature you must state this in the delivery instructions when you complete the checkout. Please be aware that deliveries left at an address without a signature are done so solely at the recipients own risk. In this instance, PINKLAND and Courier Post accept no responsibility for any damage or theft of the parcel and its contents.

Email Restock Notification

If the product you want is out of stock, we have an Email Restock Notification that lets us notify you when the product is back in stock.
You can visit the product page and apply for Email Restock Notification.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item in your order is out of stock after payment, you will receive notification via email.
If you would like to be notified when the item is back in stock, please visit the product page and sign up for Email Restock Notification.

Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.

Refund/returns are only eligible if the products(s) you purchased are damaged or in bad condition.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • Please prepare the following information before you make a request to our customer service.
    Order Number / Pictures of Opened Package / Pictures of Damaged / Wrong Items / Pictures of Damaged Parts
  • Please contact our customer service within 7 days after receiving your package.
  • Once the examination is completed by the relevant team, the item(s) will be reshipped.
  • All shipping fees for exchanges/refunds of damaged or wrong items will be borne by PINKLAND.

Missing Items

  • Please prepare the following information before you make a request to our customer service.
    Order Number / Pictures of Opened Package / Pictures of Damaged / Wrong Items / Pictures of Damaged Parts
  • If any of your items is missing, please contact our customer service within 7 days after receiving your package.
  • All costs incurred as a result of the reshipment will be borne by PINKLAND.
  • Once your request for the missing item is accepted, we will immediately send the correct item to your address.

Returned Items

  • Unclaimed packages, returned to PINKLAND due to absence of addressee/wrong or insufficient address, will not be refunded.
  • Please double check your zip codes and detail addresses before the checkout.
  • For claims on returned parcel due to insufficient address, unclaimed by addressee and etc., can be checked only for delivery made within 1 months.

Ineligible Products for Exchanges/Refunds

The following are not eligible for returns/exchanges:

  • Change of mind or a wrong selection
  • Any item reported after 7 days from the date of receipt
  • Any item that shows any signs of usage
  • Any item that has been damaged intentionally
  • Any item returned without any previous notice or in spite of the return request denied by our customer service
  • Gift Card, Intimate, Sanitary, Health products, Hygiene Products, Electric products and Personal care items
  • The last item or sale items

Non-returnable and Non-refundable items

  • Some items are sourced from official retail channels from the respective manufacturers. Items sold are non-returnable and non-refundable.
    Warranty is as provided by the manufacturer, however, buyers would need to ship the product back to Korea for any repairs.
  • Some countries may have import taxes and they are the customer’s responsibility to pay for these taxes (if any).
  • Customers will be charged a restocking and shipping fees if the packages are rejected for any reason at all.

Return Policy – Items from USA

  • Items are sourced from official retail channels from the respective manufacturers.
  • Items sold non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Warranty is as provided by the manufacturer, however, buyer would need to ship the product back to USA for any repairs.
  • Customers will be charged a $50 restocking and shipping fees if the packages are rejected for any reason at all.
