CLIO’s Kill Brow Auto Hard Pencil is a dependable and non-clumping hard eyebrow pencil that draws smoothly even on oily skin and foundation. The sharpener built in to its slim casing allows for definition and fierce edges on every use. On the other end of the pencil is a spoolie to comb, shape and fluff.
This product works very well both on dry and oily skin.
This product has a built in-sharpener and a screw brush.

4 Reddish Brown: Red and orange-toned hair
6 Light Taupe: Dark hair with ash tone
7 Charcoal Gray: Cool tone dark or black hair
