🚀 Rocket Delivery Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   Rocket Delivery is available for orders over $145.
2. How to Select
   To select Rocket Delivery, please choose 🚀 Rocket Delivery at checkout.
3. Delivery Confirmation
   Parcels will be left at your front door or in the mailbox. A photo of the parcel will be sent to you via email.
4. Service Area
   Rocket Delivery is available within Auckland only.
5. Exclusions
   Rocket Delivery is not available in the following areas: Dairy Flat, Kumeu, Takanini, Papakura, and certain areas beyond Albany and Manukau. For these locations, delivery will be made via NZPost.
   We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, apartments, businesses, or rural areas.
6. Delivery Schedule
   Deliveries are made every day after 7 PM. Delivery times may vary depending on our schedule.
7. Address Issues
   If your address is difficult to locate, we may not be able to complete the delivery. In such cases, your order will be shipped via NZPost instead.
8. Lost Items
   If your item is at risk of being lost, we kindly request that you do not select Rocket Delivery, as we are unable to reship items.
9. Special Delivery Instructions
   If you have a dog or require special delivery instructions, please inform us at the time of purchase.
