How to use
How to draw the over-lip:
1. Apply the lip liner on the area you want to expand. (Be careful not to surpass the lips too much)
2. Apply the lip base to the extent extended to the lip liner. (Blend naturally with the lip liner)
3. Reapply the Dote on Mood Glow Tint to the inside.
