The edge flat tip is applied at a 15-degree angle to ensure a close fit to the lips, allowing the Hellgate Matte Primer to be applied with a thin layer of adhesion to the lips.
The long-lasting volume oil base provides a clear glow that stays moist without feeling stuffy or sticky.
The flexible jelly tip made of silicone is applied to place a strong shine on the lips and is not easily contaminated, so it can be used and maintained cleanly.

Featured ingredients
Formulated with Maxi Volume Filling Complex (Vanillyl Butyl Ether, Mentoxypropanediol, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Hydrolyzed Silk, Hexapeptide, Chili Extract) for a thick and voluminous matte lip.

How to use
1. Apply a thin layer of contents to bare lips.
2. After about 15 seconds, when the contents are slightly dry, apply a matte lip on top.

After applying the lip product, place a thick layer of Hellfire Glow Topper over the lips for voluminous lips.
*Rather than a thick texture, apply a thin-textured lip product and place it on top of the lips for better results.
