How to Use:

Prep your lips: Ensure your lips are moisturized, and if needed, gently exfoliated.

Blend: Use the rom&nd Blending Lip Brush to gently diffuse and soften the edges of the applied lip product. Use soft, dabbing, or light circular motions. For a gradient lip, you’d blend the color outwards from the center of your lips. For a blurred outline, you’d soften the lip line.
